"Moving into Lakeshore Apartments has been the absolute best and most enjoyable experience I have ever had, moving into a new place. We all know how stressful moving is, but Missy and the rest of her team made it such an easy and cordial process. This place feels like a little oasis, so peaceful and well kept. I had one small maintenance issue (I'm used to having at least 3 or 4 when moving into a new place) and it was nothing serious. Ice melted when the fridge was turned off and then must have reformed when turned back on, blocking it from making new ice. Tom, the maintenance guy, came over the very next day after I submitted my request and fixed it for me right away. He was super friendly and helpful. You can definitely sense that there is a family vibe to the company, not like the huge corporate housing companies, with headquarters in other states, who just want to drain you for every penny. Living at one of the Hendricks properties, you deal with real people who make is obvious that they actually care about your experience, while keeping the rates as fair as possible. I feel grateful and blessed to be here."

"I rented the same unit they have listed @1265 for 875 2 years ago. I broke my lease to move out due to the German cockroach infestation. You've been warned about this place. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Sweet residents but bad German cock roach problem."

"I've lived here for a few years and truly adore this lovely apartment complex and surrounding area. It's at a fantastic location, with businesses right around the corner. The mall, movie theater, and trail are within walking distance.  Outside the apartment, the view of the pool and the lake with ducks and turtles is breathtaking. You'll feel as if you're in a tropical paradise."

"Air conditioning filters are not supplied which is fine but the bugs. The cockroaches are unbelievable it's nasty. They don't spray! Should be done and should never have that big of a problem! The people I stayed with are clean sorta but not bad enough where you leave one dirty spoon and 10-20 cockroaches are all over it in themiddle of the night. They even crawl on you while you're sleeping. Ugh! Worse than the last hotel on crack street!"

"I've been in here for about a month and I love it I love the space. The neighbors are very friendly and the pool and lake are beautiful. Only reason I give it 3 stars is because I see a few roaches daily. I put in a request to have the place treated. I will write another review when the place has been treated and I see no more bugs."
