"Having resided in the community for approximately five years, we appreciate the favorable location and the structure itself. However, regrettably, we observed a decline in the property's maintenance over the past few years. The stairwells consistently accumulate dog hair, lacking proper cleaning. The elevator functionality is unreliable, often leaving one out of service. Package retrieval involves an inconvenient $24 monthly membership fee with a third party known for its unreliability. The initial administration provided lockers and a dedicated room for packages, which has since been replaced. Landscaping on the property falls below satisfactory standards, and the garage gate frequently malfunctions. While the maintenance and leasing staff have proven helpful, upper management appears disinterested in addressing resident concerns. If looking to move here consider the high rent and the availability of superior alternatives in the vicinity. Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns, however, we have decided to relocate due to personal reasons. Additionally, based on our experience and the issues outlined in my review, we feel that contacting the office would not yield a satisfactory resolution. It appears that upper management, who we've raised concerns about, may not have genuine reasons for addressing them beyond superficial efforts to maintain appearances with their supervisors. While we thank you for the opportunity to resolve any issues, we feel it's not necessary at this time."

"I’ve lived in Avanti for around a year and a half and haven’t had any issues up until November 2020. I will say that although I haven’t had outrageous issues with management, the building overall has declined since the newest management team has been in place. My biggest concern occurred after Tropical Storm ETA. I went home over the holidays for two months, and when I returned there was a hole in my wall, the baseboard had been ripped up and my light was left on. The problem is I had no clue anyone had even entered my unit, let alone when they did and how long they had left the light on while I was out of town. They finally began working on the unit in March, but my apartment has been a construction zone while I work from home for the past few weeks. It's disappointing because no accommodations for rent, etc. have been made to make this experience any better. The only thing management has offered me is my notice to vacate 4 months in advance when I let them know I was unhappy with my living conditions. It’s even more disappointing because I’ve really loved living in this community, I always pay my rent on time and didn’t have any issues up until this major one. Please do your due diligence before signing a lease here and ask upfront whether or not the unit has had water damage, leaks or could be susceptible to those issues in the future."
