"This place charges you high rent, but control everything you do in your apartment, they tell you What you can have on your balcony and what you can do in your apartment. It's feels like we in prison with all the rules they have. It's not comfortable living here at all. I would never suggest no one to ever move here with the high rent and the prison rules!!"

"Please anyone reading this, do not waste time or energy moving here! I normally never write reviews but I've had enough living here the past 5 months and can not wait to move out. Let me start with corporate is not in this country and there is no way you can contact anyone higher up, they don't want you too so good luck if you have any issues with charges. They have been through 2-3 property managers in the short time span I have lived here which has caused so much confusion in what has been happening. Also any special offer you see online they will ignore you, its been 5 months and still never got my $300 off of September rent and my application fee refunded after several emails and complaints. All I keep hearing is they will "take care of it." Meanwhile, I had a whole issue with Duke energy stopping my service due to someone else trying to start service in there apt but put my address by mistake. After getting that situated, the property has added 600+ to my rental portal and are adding late fees from a single energy bill they had to pay that Ive already took care of with Duke energy service and brought property manager proof. After recording the current property manager explaining it is a mistake, its corporate and he will take care of it, im still being harassed and getting charged late fees for something i took care of through duke energy. Glad I have it on recording after dealing with so many issues! When I moved in, the apartment was completely different than the until I looked at, and you can tell everything was painted over (rust marks every where, very thin walls and 'updated' is just put together slop) that is not worth 2,000+ per month! There is alot more i could complain about this place but i wont at this time, PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"If I could rate it 0 I would. When we moved in December 2021 and immediately got bed bugs. We were gaslit by the property manager at the time, caught maintenance on camera lying about the treatment they did and forced to take care of it on our own. Our first time living on our own, we didn’t know what to do legally or how to handle it so we let it go. 6 months later and the first few days home with our new baby, our A/C broke for the first of MANY times. And it has continued to break every 2/3 months and now monthly since then. The unit is from Florida power and looks like it’s from the 90’s, maybe 80’s. We currently don’t have A/C, my electric bill has been over $300 all summer and still is $250 now for a 2/1 apartment. And the current manager sees no problem & the owners refuse to let me out of my lease NINE days early because we are moving obviously and can’t get out of here fast enough. They can’t keep a property manager longer than a few month and staff changes almost weekly it seems. Maintenance don’t give a single F about their job, take their sweet time and just don’t come back at all sometimes. Better places for the same price. Just don’t do it. Check their BBB too."

"Applied to this place and was strung along by "corporate" for 2-3 weeks over my husband's proof of pay because he is an independent contractor and they said his venmo bank statements weren't good enough. He even sent his 1099 for more proof. The terms only require you make 2x the rent. There are a lot of people who make a living off being an independent contractor and use mobile banking to support their family and shouldn't be given a hard time because of that. We then applied to a different apartment complex that requires 3x the rent and was approved within 72 hours. The people in the office were nice over the phone but didn't really keep in contact like they should have. I'm honestly glad it worked out this way because we are happy with where we are now and with more amenities but I do wish we never even wasted our money applying here."
