"Gateway feels like home! I moved here from across the country 6 months ago. Being apart of a community that’s so warm and welcoming makes a difference when you are far away from your family. Mark welcomed me with open arms from the very beginning of the process! His energy is unmatched and he cares about each and every resident. The property hosts fun events each month where I have met some great neighbors. My biggest concern moving to an apartment was around maintenance requests. When I say our team is on top of it and phenomenal, I truly mean it. They are quick with repairs and very kind. I would recommend Cortland properties for their transparency, ease, and the staff."

"Great staff and maintenance crew! The manager, Lindsey, and her staff are always friendly and accommodating and they do a great job of organizing community activities. They property is clean due the diligence of the maintenance staff - I have personally never needed any repairs in my apartment, but I constantly see the maintenance staff working hard to keep the grounds looking great! Rent prices are high, but relatively speaking, they are high everywhere and I believe you get what you pay for here. Beautiful pool, excellent fitness facility, game room, and additional activities organized by the staff. I would definitely recommend you check them out!"
