"We were asked by the management to write a Google review about how much we like living here. If we did and management liked it, we can win a romantic dinner for 2. So here we go, let me tell you the ways: 1. If you are a dog lover, then you will most likely love living here. You will get to hear dogs barking all day and night, so no worries about your animal's behavior, they will fit right in. 2. Along those lines you will love the mornings and the sweet smell of dog urine and poo by the dying landscaping and mold covered sidewalk. 3. When you get your welcome package from management, there is a rather long list of rules that are supposed to be followed. But no worries, they don't enforce any of them. So you can play your music as loud as you want and bring your coolers of ice cold drinks in glass bottles, and sit in the pool smoking your cigarettes or whatever while drinking your refreshment. 4. Another of the enjoyments living in this luxurious gated community is entering into the complex. It is so easy, just drive in. The gates never work so you won't miss an Amazon package or your Uber Eats delivery. 5. If you are thinking of maybe starting a side hustle for a little extra spending money, this is the your community. They have garages you can rent and you can put anything you want in it, it is "against the law" to ask. Set up your little arts and crafts studio, or your cabinet and auto repair shop. Oh you might remember the rules previously mentioned, there is supposed to be a "quiet time" starting at 9 pm. But again, that doesn't stop the very loud cars and pickup trucks revving their engines and just driving around. 6. The staff is very efficient, you'll get a couple emails a week about some contest you can win $5.00 or a food truck coming. But don't expect any kind of response to an email you send to management, especially if you are complaining about something."
"Something that made me fall in love with the Alexander is how it immediately felt like home to me! Checks all the boxes. Location, floor plans, amenities, friendly staff. I love the modern color palette & spacious layouts they have available. Cannot wait to start my married life with my fiancé here!"

I also want to thank all the staff Laura, Ronda, Anthony, Jose & Marcos for always being quick to respond when there is an issue, planning events, attention to detail, fixing things, working hard to maintain the grounds, and making The Alexander at Sabal Point a great place to live! I appreciate all that you do."
"Renters Beware Beware Beware and please BEWARE! I am so disappointed in my stay here. I regret making the decision to stay here. And I say this for many reasons. 1st - The overall cleanliness of the buildings were awful. I choose to stay at this apartment complex because the values that this company stands for are truly what I expected. As a company who’s prides themselves in serving their residents and who’s purpose it is to create communities our residents are proud to call home, this was not reflected during my stay and here is why. The breezeways and stairs were constantly filthy and dirty due to the trash from the valet company constantly leaking on the floors. I kindly reached out to the front office numerous times regarding this over the course of 6-8 mounts and the excuse I kept getting was the fact that they were understaffed. Our apartment also seemed to constantly have a roach problem despite pest control coming every Friday each week for an entire month. Once again, definitely not a place I would want to call home. 2nd - There was an issue where the front gate damaged my vehicle and a filed a statement with the front office and they seemed to not care at all. I followed up with the front office manager several times regarding this. (There is no signs posted at the gate at all and they insist on not taking any liability for the damages done. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES) Lastly, what did it for me was the uncaring attitude from Laura and the staff when it came to the termination of my lease. I provided 30 days notice of my wishes to terminate my lease in advance due to unforeseen circumstance. My wife and I packed all of our belongs in less than a month. I was told that we would be able to set pay our early termination fee via our resident portal and never had the opportunity to do that. Rather, the front office sent our early termination penalty directly to collections without allowing us an opportunity to handle the amount in house as promised and ALSO as was stated in the leasing agreement which states That I agree to pay The Alexander at Sabal early termination fee in accordance with Florida Statue 83.595. I never agreed to pay a collection agency. Additionally, per the Florida Statue 83.595, the apartment complex is required to send me a statement via a certified mail regarding a claim to my deposit and what balances are due. This was never sent to me and I will be requesting a tracking number for this because I can guarantee it was not sent. Per Laura (Property Manager), she stated that the normal process for collecting Early Termination fees is to send you directly to their collection agency and they are able to collect that for them. That does not sound right and that is not what was in the contract. I have so much more to say but I think I’ll stop their. My fingers no longer have the energy to type. I was a good tenant, never missed a payment, was never late with any monthly payments, always paid on time and had a good relationship with the staff until they try to pull this fast one. That was it for me. I say this to say, RENTERS PLEASE BEWARE AND DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FACADE THESE PEOPLE PUT ON. AFTER ALL OF THEIR ERRORS THEY STILL WERE NOT WILLING TO WORK ANYTHING OUT WITH ME or even admit their faults. Please beware. Certain Florida statues were not followed and certain processes which were outlined in the contract were not followed either with my case and I will be seeking assistance from a lawyer on this matter. I will be back to provide some updates on this. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere. Worst customer service. Really truly expected a lot better than this."
