"I would recommend reading all of the reviews before making your decision. The roach issue is most definitely a real issue. I moved in in July and have had roaches since day one. I have recently killed no less than 20 roaches in one night. I picked this complex because I loved the set up and size of the two bedroom two bath. I wish I could give more stars because I do love my apartment and the staff are very nice, but I would not recommend this place to anyone I know because of how bad the roaches are."

"Ricardo and the staff are just the best. It honestly takes getting used to having office staff that actually remember my name, ask my about my dog, and genuinely care about the community. It's awesome knowing that if I have a problem with something relating to the community, no matter what it is, I'll be heard and there will be follow through to make sure my issue is resolved. My wife and I love living here -- we had immediate good vibes when we first toured and I'm so happy they were right."

"My family and I recently moved in to The Verandahs and I have to say the process went so smoothly. Miss Amy from the office did such an amazing job meeting all of our needs and assisted us so well. She was amazing! It felt nice to be heard by property management without worry that our requests were too much or too demanding. We ran into some issues but she along with other members of staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our new home once move in day came. Thank you to Miss Amy and to the rest of the staff! (2 years later review): The last two years have been wonderful at The Verandahs! We are still so grateful to be here. I’m so glad we chose this location to be our home, the neighborhood is wonderful, the location is great and we love our daughters school! But the cherry on top is the staff. Thank you to the staff for always being understanding and patient with us! This place has truly been a blessing!"

"Rate 0 ! Please read what I have to say so you have a chance to think twice before moving into these apartments. They show you a beautiful layout and when you see the actual apartments they are nothing compared. We were initially given one unit that we never were able to see, to then be switched to another unit. We were able to actually see the second unit a few days before moving in and my daughter noticed roaches inside the kitchen sink (6 dead roaches). We were told it was no big deal pest control would take care of it. Only to come back on move in day and pay deposit and months rent, to see even more in the kitchen this was an infestation. We could not move our things in nor our children. We came back in the evening and it was even worse!! They were crawling all over the carpet in the black linings of the fridge; honestly the most disgusting thing I have ever seen! They attempted to move us into other units but we were so traumatized by that unit we needed to make sure we checked the units properly. When going into the other unit we didn’t see any but when we looked into the black lining of the fridge that’s where they were hidden. Finally we were shown a unit that we did not see any in and thought this was the solution to the problem only to be called a few hours later to say the unit had a leak. We requested our money back and were told it would be returned to us. We have waited 3 weeks and all we have gotten is lies on top of lies! They told us a check was sent, only to find out it was never have sent and a reversal payment that my bank still can’t see! They were so kind when we were giving them our money but the second we asked for it back they showed their true colors and how inhumane they are. This place is not worth it; their rent rates are way too high for them to be doing the bare minimum in their units. Other places with the same rent rates have way better maintenance then these apartments! Don’t sell yourself short with this place."

"Ricardo was extremely pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable and did not make me feel like I was being rushed to look at the property. While I was there, there was another apartment that came up for some kind of repair. It was addressed very appropriately, very professional and made me feel very at ease. That if there was ever a problem, they Immediately take care of it. I'm looking forward to. Should I end up having to move back to Florida from South Carolina, I know that this property could be the right suit for my family.. The property is very well maintained. There's a playground, there's a swimming pool to coay z. There are Tennis courts, beautiful trees within the landscaping of the property. It's very Well, maintained an estafa very pleasant to deal with as well. I would like to take A moment to Say thank you to Ricardo for going over everything very thoroughly and it was a pleasure To meet you.."
