Tate and Jim and Marcus are great guys willing to take care of you when you have a maintenance problem. Can't say enough about how nice everything is maintained!!"

"I would recommend living elsewhere.My father lived here for almost 6 years.When he needed to move out do to medical reasons they wanted 2 months notice.Stephanie said there was a waiting list so no problems renting it quickly.They required us to pay for everyday until they rented it.(even though we provided medical note).We were charged for an extra 10 days,(almost $250) even though we gave a months notice.For a person living on a fixed income and now paying for assisted living,he was struggling to make it this month. BTW they never answer the phone, and never return phone calls. Crooks!!"
