"My husband and I moved in October. We had multiple problems with our upstairs neighbor with banging/running on the floor till like 2am, everyday. I personally tried speaking to the neighbor but they are so rude! The office had their “lawyers” involved but they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it for MONTHS! We decided to move to a different unit, one that wasn’t updated but it was on the third floor, great! We were told how amazing the other building was, no complaints from anyone. Well guess what we live near someone that owns 2 dogs and other neighbors yell on the weekend, middle of the night, to make the dogs shut up. Office doesn’t care about your peace and quiet. They make lots of money off of dogs, they could care less. We lived in multiple apartment complex’s and NEVER had an issue before we moved into this one. It’s so disrespectful some of these neighbors. Worst decision we ever made moving in here. Cannot wait to move out!"
"I recently moved into my new apartment three days ago, and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the state of the unit. The leasing agent, Betty, assured me that a thorough walk-through had been conducted, and everything was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. Upon moving in, it became immediately evident that the previous tenant had a pet, as pet hair is scattered throughout the apartment. This is not only unsightly but also raises concerns about the cleanliness standards of the property. I promptly notified Betty about a running toilet and the deplorable condition of the washer and dryer, both covered in pet hair. Her response was disheartening. She mentioned that maintenance would get to me when they could, citing a high volume of emergency orders. While emergencies are undoubtedly a priority, basic tenant satisfaction should not be compromised. As a new tenant, I believe it is the responsibility of the leasing office to ensure that the move-in experience is positive and that the unit meets reasonable standards of cleanliness. Currently, I find myself having to pay for laundry services outside the property due to the unclean state of the provided washer and dryer. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the move-in process and the level of care given to new tenants. Moving is stressful enough, and this added inconvenience has significantly tarnished my initial impression of the property. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of the move-in procedures and a commitment to ensuring the satisfaction of new tenants in the future."
