"I wish I could give this zero stars. I rented my apt thru a guy who sold the property to homerun. After that I hated living there. They don't communicate well, professionally or in a timely manner. When I needed a plumber out they sent one without contacting me, they also did this when we needed the roof replaced. Their secretary is rude and the way they answer the phones is unprofessional I can hear them yelling to one another. They straight up lied to me about how much deposit I was getting back, they took almost $700 of $900 and $300 of that was "other." When masks were required none in the office was wearing one. They charged me $207 for a plumber to come out to snake a drain and I wasn't aware they would charge me because every other place I've rented from took care of that stuff for free, and so did the previous owner Johnathan.Thats maybe on me but they should have told me how much it would be because maybe I could not afford that, again no communication skills! They also don't update the app when you've paid and it appeared that I owed rent X2, they did fix it but I'm scared to throw away any receipts because they seem just shady enough to do that. Worst place I've ever rented for and the fact that I had no control over renting from them made it even worse!"

"I recently applied for a home through this company. It took 5 days to be told we were approved (I had to call them nobody reached out to me). Before viewing the property I was told my small dog would be accepted no problem. After finding out we were approved they kept telling me they were waiting to hear back from the homeowner for “final approval”. This took 5 extra days plus me having to call the office everyday to get ahold of someone. After 10 days we were told the homeowner decided he didn’t want pets to be allowed and that we were no longer approved. I would not have even wasted my time viewing the property if this was the case. I made it clear that my lease was about to end and I needed to find a place but they assured me after I got accepted there was no need to worry and that the house was practically mine. I asked for a refund on our application fees for being misinformed and them taking so long to get back to me. Vanessa said she would speak to her manager and get back to me. Its been days and I havent received a phone call. Completely unprofessional and misleading."
