"Our experience at Tuscano at Suncoast Crossing has been nothing short of exceptional. As a newlywed couple expecting our first child, finding the ideal home was crucial, and Tuscano has surpassed our expectations. The picturesque porch view is a daily delight, turning mornings into serene rituals. Tuscano's sense of community is heartwarming. Friendly neighbors welcomed us with open arms, making us feel like part of a tight-knit family. It's a comforting environment as we embark on this journey of starting our family. A special shoutout to Lucas, whose exceptional guidance helped us find our first home. His enthusiasm and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free, contributing significantly to our happiness in our new home. In conclusion, Tuscano at Suncoast Crossing is more than just a residence; it's a haven where we're building our future. Thanks to Lucas and the Tuscano team for making our transition into parenthood and homeownership so special. We are very excited for warmer weather to be able to enjoy the community center pool and amenities! Highly recommended!"
"Seriously man. Only, two words: going downhill. Pros: Grounds are neat, maintain are a bunch of cool guys. Pool is really nice. It's a little weird because I think there are private condo owners, and then ones that go thorough the complex. They seem to be managed separately with their own rules. I do know that one of the mangers is nice and the other one sucks. The one that sucks is what we call in the business world, as a lost cause. Let's just say her customer service is lacking. Three main cons: But before the cons, need to say this 1st, this complex is going downhill fast, and am glad that i'm out last month. So, where you land in your building/complex depends how comfortable your stay is, and thats until someone that does the following will move in. The issue is they never take care of the following issues: 1. NOISE all hours of the night - especially car stereo systems. I like some good base and all... but at 12, 1 or 2 am... ppl sitting in their cars with your walls rattling is not fun. My neighbor works at the Hospital and there is a car to this day that just plays their system all hours of the night. Our last complex, had a security company that took any noise complaints after 11pm, then fined $250 per occurrence after 2 warnings. Place was so peaceful. But, it was in Westchase so, they care a little more of the tenants. 2. Packages. Man, every 7-8 package is always stolen. Just when you think it has stopped, nope. I would suggest using a UPS store or getting signature if the deliver allows it. Seriously they have a huge problem here. 3. Good luck if your upstairs or next door neighbor is annoying loud, I know it's a known issue.... but no matter how many times your report anything, nothing gets done. It's like they wait for you to say something, other then putting out monthly reminders to just remind people, as there are always new ppl moving in. 4. Parking. Sometimes there isn't any, sometimes there is. Sometimes you will have to park on the opposite side of your complex because they really do allow anyone to park here....and it's rarely enforced if there is a policy. My gf seriously hated coming home after her shifts just because of this. I know it's a complex and all those are "instances" that are common in a shared housing community. But, being here the last 5 years, it's gone downhill. If they just enforced the noise time, maybe reminded everyone to respect the neighbors and did visitor parking... seriously would take care at least half the problem's. The package thing is annoying, but that can really happen anywhere. My other neighbor never had her stuff taken, but again, alot of what you face is based on where you end up in the complex, and hopefully ppl around you that move in don't make your stay miserable."
"Absolutely GHETTO and UNPROFESSIONAL service! The people in the leasing office get paid full time to sit at their desks to tell you they can’t help you with your needs. The complex constantly has stolen packages and mail and the leasing office does not care! I called them to ask to hold a $800 package for me and they refused (even though that’s an option for Amazon packages, I guess other complexes do this gesture) even though I explained to them my concerns for it being stolen. It of course gets stolen and the complex does not care. I also had a $150 ring stolen out of the mailbox the Friday that passed. I am now stuck calling places to get a refund. I will absolutely be reporting these losses to the police department. Ghetto customer service ran by ghetto people."
"Lucky I got out of this place alive. It was just a standard delivery, but a resident didn't like how I was parked by the apartments scoping out the right address to bring my package to and told me I was in a resident only spot, as I was leaving he pulled a sniper rifle out of his big truck and stared me down. Didn't get a pic because I didn't dare reach for my phone. Got a snap before leaving though. If you zoom in it looks like he might have a side arm?"
