"I absolutely LOVE calling Pier 8 my new home! It’s like being on vacation at a luxury resort with a spa & everything! It’s great to finish a day of work & relax in the hammock watching the sunset. The staff is so welcoming, they made the process so easy. I feel part of the community already with all the friends I’ve made & fun activities I’ve participated in! Booming neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby -I can even take a walk to the grocery store or pharmacy right across! I’m not the type to write reviews but I needed to share the love! Shout out to Mario for making sure coffee station is always set to start my day bright & early !"

"We absolutely love this “resort lifestyle” (apartment life) We came from a larger home, but wanted to still in the area. (close to 54 and The Veterans Expressway) The units here go up to 3 bedrooms with a garage. Maintenance team and cleaning crew are always very responsive and make living here very easy. It is very clean, well maintained, and did I mention- it’s so classy! Also, they have an AMAZING staff who go above and beyond with Apartment Life and provide multiple parties and events per month which is awesome to connect with other families and make new friends. We also love how close everything is- walking distance to Greenwise, many restaurants/bars and essential needs."

"Absolutely love living at this community. We have lived here for over 2 years and the maintenance guys are super helpful and I have watched them take care of this place as if it were their own home. But one of them I have seen go above and beyond since his start and his name is Guhner. I woke up this morning to grab coffee and sit on the pier and watched him scrub the grills, countertops, leaf blow the pool area and scrub the windows clean. He is an amazing worker and extremely personable. If you are thinking about joining this property don’t take a second thought you will love every second at this apartment from incredible events to amazing staff. This place is definitely our little slice of paradise!"
