Tuscany Place Apartments

"From application to move-in day has been a stress-free experience. The staff is courteous, helpful, and efficient. The grounds are well maintained, and beautifully landscaped. Our back yard welcomes us with a gorgeous scene that puts a smile on our faces. I believe this could be heaven!"

"Just moved in, so far so good. The apartments are in a good location close to everything yet still feels hidden away. The staff has been helpful, and maintenance is very quick to respond. I had a minor issue with a door and Eddie fixed it less than two hours after I put in the request. New to the area but not new to apartment living, and I would definately reccomend Tuscany to anyone."

"I absolutely love this apartment complex! The property manager, Jillian, is very professional and easy to speak with. Amanda is always greeting me with a smile! Pierre and Leslie in maintenance are very knowledgeable and polite. The staff do an excellent job of keeping the property not only beautiful, but safe! AAA+ rating here!"

"Moved out of these apartments a month early do to safety concerns we had with our neighbor. Tried to negotiate with the office to waive the last months rent. They would not budge at all and were not willing to assist in any way. We left and turned in our keys, never stated we wanted to end our lease early. I see our last bill come in and it is over $5,000!!!. Contacted the office and they have stated we ended our lease early. This was never disclosed to us, we never signed anything to end the lease early. We were willing to pay the last months rent. Do not move here! They are not concerned about your safety and will then scam thousands of dollars. The manager has only communicated through emails and text. Will not pick up any calls. We were great tenants, kept the place clean, cleaned up after our dog, treated facilities and staff with respect, and always paid rent on time. Going to get lawyers involved at this point. This is criminal.... UPDATE: Was able to get the above situation resolved and will increase my rating of Tuscany Place Apartments. Before the situation we did have a good experience at Tuscany. We appreciated the amenities and really enjoyed the park behind the apartments. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Was also a great location in my opinion because the apartments are sort of tucked away from main roads but are also close enough to stores and restaurants."
