"In my opinion, they do not respect your time, they make an appointment at an hour and attend an hour and a half later, it happened to me more than 3 times. Someone would arrive and they would tell me that I would have to wait because the Dr. was attending to an emergency and the truth is that they have a double booking system to ensure that they always have patients. While they treated me, Dr. He left the office to see other people, left me waiting for more than 30 minutes and came back. A procedure that takes less than 45 minutes in a normal office takes 2 hours here. The last time I had a procedure, it was filling repair, I arrived at 8:30 am and left at 11 am. They didn't make me plates or anything special, it should be noted. The last time I had an appointment, they made me wait 1 hour and when I asked, the manager told me “go do your errands and then come back”; I got upset and told them not to worry, that I would look for another dentist. To retain me as a client, they told me that they were going to talk and call me, they offered me 50% of the quote they had given me and when they called me, they were giving me the same price, during the call I told them that that was not what they were giving me. They had offered and in the middle of the call they gave me the 50% discount, I asked them to please send it to me in writing and they refused. Jesus the manager, in my opinion, is not a transparent person, he plays with the patients' time and above all I felt cheated. In Doral there is another clinic that is 100% sincere and with very good doctors, Gamboa Dental Group; I had changed due to the distance, however after this bad experience, I prefer to drive more, but have the confidence that where I receive care there is complete transparency."
