"Who is the lady answering phones now? Bad customer service, Dr Gorman. I tried to make an appointment for a cleaning and she was rude from the start. Dismissive and laughed when I asked for a cleaning because they don’t have any till August. They used to be so nice here and I love Rose but I won’t be coming back. Please go back to your call log on May 16 at 2:11 PM- Miramar location. I don’t think that’s how you should be talking to patients, especially when the website says “do you have a fear of the dentist?”"
"The entire office has been a pleasure to work with with. I went to the office as a new patient to get a second opinion because I had a fill-in that kept coming out every few months. I was told by one dentist to get a root canal, but after visiting the office, the better option was to get a crown. The pricing was transparent and each procedure was explained to me very clearly. This is the best dentist experience I have ever had! Looking forward to all the delicious meals I will be having without pain!"
"Dr. Gorman and Staff were very professional and took care of me as if I was family, it was just a nice and relaxing atmosphere overall. Rose my Hygienist was the BEST and sweetest! She has the most delicate hands when it came to my cleaning. I love this dental office and I definitely recommend them!"
"Let’s go in order. Calling and getting an appointment was easy and quick. Very convenient. Very nice staff. Coming in it’s small but clean and pleasant. My first appointment was simple and quick. No hour long wait. Again repeat staff is AMAZING super nice. I don’t feel like I’m being scolded. They give great directions on what you need to do for your dental hygiene. The hygienist who did my cleaning was so nice and she was making sure I was comfortable while doing an amazing job with my cleaning. Dr. Gorman himself is just so nice and amazing as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist."
