"We stayed at property name "swell life" that is at 156 sabal circle in Port Saint Joe, FL. The location and layout of the condo is good! But that is where the good ended. When we arrived, the air conditioning was not operating correctly. We immediately contacted Sunshine Vacation who manages the property. We were told that there was nothing the woman could do. We stayed the night anyway, guests sleeping in their cars for A/C, everyone miserable all night. The next day at 3 p.m. a technician came by and did nothing to fix it, left the property and we were back to square one. The lady who works at Sunshine Vacation could not have been more rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated as bad and we paid $2500 for this condo! This person has no business contacting any customers, EVER. Never could get this person on the phone, she texted the whole time and would abandon communication each night in mid conversation. 3 days later we are finally offered a condo an hour away and now we will have to fight for a refund. We may be having to get legal advice on the matter and proceed accordingly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO. UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0 STARS. Update: this company read this review and immediately let us know that they read it and since we left a negative review, they will not refund anything. So vacation was ruined and they could not care less. As I said before, stay away. Far away."

"Staying at 7 Palms Unit C at Mexico Beach, Florida exceeded our expectations. The unit was excessively clean and so tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. We were amazed at all the beach equipment located in the outside room. We literally only needed bathing suits to be beach ready. They had chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, a wagon, and fishing poles and tackle. 7 Palms Unit C is by far the best place we have ever rented. It was 200 steps to the beach and in a great location. We will be back!"

"This is our third large family vacation to Soulshine and, as always, it is an amazing space for our large group of 13. The heated pool is a huge hit for the kids, we're right on the beach, and as you see in the photo, perfectly situated for spectacular sunsets. We're making a lifetime of memories every trip down from Georgia. We highly recommend!!"

"MOLD! We rented a property from sunshine vacation rentals called sunset on the curve and the house is full of MOLD. Amy and Pat Dorsch owners of sunshine vacation rentals will not respond and have been nonprofessional. Please for the health of yourself and your family please do not rent this house. There is mold in the bathrooms, bedrooms, And kitchen. There was even mold growing on an electric skillet!"
