"We have a group of 11 and enjoyed our stay at Silver Beach Tower. The Penthouse easily fits us all comfortably. The view is fantastic. The location can't be better. The beddings are comfortable and cozy. The only con is that the sink and bathtub has slow drain and the appliances (microwave, washer and dryer) do not have adequate horsepower. You need to run several min to warm up using microwave or a few rounds to dry clothes. Other than that, we had great fun. Highly recommend this place."

"Summerspell never disappoints. The condo has amazing views and literally spotless, cleanest I have ever seen. While there they were conducting a milestone inspection. The inspector requires that they take off the siding and plywood around the balconies and post so they can be inspected. There was working being done from about 9-5. However the pool and hot tub never looked better. Overall a very restful and pleasant stay. Will be back next year."

"Our 4th stay at Palms of Destin. We found a great condo there that we love and works best for our family of 4. The pool is always nice and I believe well kept. A suggestion would be to treat regularly for ants. We have seen them around the pool and restaurant everywhere each time. The food at the restaurant is good bar food. It’s not healthy but it’s good. Service is okay. The owner seems very nice, at least I believe he is the owner. The coffee bar is good and I love being able to visit there each morning. The new renovations are so therapeutic. A great place to sit and just relax. We visit the gym daily. It’s well kept but could definitely use some upgrades. I do think it offers a great variety of options more than other condos/hotels. Loading carts are so convenient and check in/check out has always been great. Our number one suggestion is this place needs a full time housekeeper. It’s lacks good regular cleaning. Tear up the carpet in the hallways and replace with tile. Have owners or hoa touch up their doors regularly so it matches the newly painted hallways. Clean the floors so they are sticky. Also upgrade your elevator permits or post them. All of them in our building are way past expiration. With that said, it’s always easy to get to and from our room and we love the convenience of everything this resort has to offer. It’s close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Walking distance to beach!"

"We loved this rental! It was clean, spacious and easy to access. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The walk to the beach was easily done, even with 3 kids and beach stuff! The check in and checkout process was easy. The complex has a very nice, big pool that was warm and well lit in the evening/night and a spa. It was never crowded when we were there! We would definitely stay here again!"
