"I am so happy to live here. It is a great location. You can access the beach in a 10 minute walk. And then you have a giant swimming pool, too. Any issues I've had in my unit have been fixed quickly. They replaced my dishwasher when it leaked, and fixed my electrical outlet. They have an app you can put in service requests and pay rent from your phone. My neighbors are kind. Lots of dogs, as they are pet friendly. Some features I've never seen in an apartment are the elevators and trash chutes. It is so convenient to drop your trash bag at the end of the hall instead of walking all the way to the dumpster. The stackable washer/dryer is also nice to have in the unit. The best part is the view. The balcony faces west, and we have amazing sunsets here. The balconies are huge and a fun place to hangout."

"Everything is always broken. Me my mom and her boyfriend went and complained about our sinks leaking and causing mold under the bathroom sink, the manager was very rude. And ever since as been harassing us about our dog, our t.v being too loud, and anything else she'll come up with. We are moving out and will never suggest this place to anyone moving to PCB. Good luck✌️it's a waste of your $1200 a month if you're looking for a nice place to live."

"Staff was very helpful. This resort has lots of great amenities. The room was very nice an spacious. My kids loved playing in the pool. PCB has changed alot in the past 10 years. I usually go to the outlets in destin for shopping. Not anymore I went to pier park for my first time Great addition to PCB FL. Got to go parasailing and jet skiing with Sunshine watersports pc. Amazing time. Also never been to Ripley's or wonder works These was new Attractions to PCB. Had a amazing vacation this year. Will be back again Thanks to the great staff here. Good job"

"This was honestly one of the most stressful and difficult experiences I have ever endured with a hotel. Upon our arrival, there was no prior indication of where to check in. After going to the leasing office and talking to a woman in charge who had no idea what I meant by "checking in" I was told over many phone calls to drive 7 miles out to where I would receive my room key. When we arrived there, the staff had been speaking about my call and said to "kick me straight"....well we were informed we still owed $120 for a cleaning fee, etc. that we were NOT forewarned of. The hotel did NOTHING to attempt and correct their mistake, not even a possible refund; leaving me flustered and making many long phone calls to try and sort the situation. They also didn't tell us which building our room was in so every 309 was checked. The room was completely mediocre with a list of rules and regulations a bit ridiculous. They provide the first set of towels and toilet paper nothing further, you have to clean all dishes and take the trash out, "property quiet time" starting at 10, a fantastic pool, but it closes at 8. There was no one to answer questions, our TVs didn't work, and the beach was across the street. Needless to say, we are beyond frustrated with this trip and basically are out almost $300 for a crappy stay. Thanks yall."

"This is a great family place. Don't expect to be wined and dined or waited on hand and foot. It's not a five star resort. But if you are looking for a clean, roomy place to stay this is it. My family of 6 had a great time. We had no problems or complaints. You do have to walk about half of a mile to the beach or drive. But for the price, it's the best value in PCB."
