After we left he messaged me saying “ we will see what happens”. We turned in our application an hour after we toured, but were informed that someone had turned in an application right before we had. "The owners were nice at first, and were even well established in the community at DeFuniak Springs, but once we had lived there, they showed their true colors. We had problems with the refrigerator, which took over 5 calls to the house just to repair it, and we had a problem with a whole air conditioning, that wouldn't cool the Florida room of the house. We moved out recently, and we put in $1750 in deposits before moving in, and they took out over $1,300 for the smallest things. I would not recommend renting from this company."
