"Ideal destination, just steps from the beach. There's a pool, a hot tub, washer/ dryer unit, grill, and beach service available. The structure could use some updates but the location makes up for that."

"Definitely need to change/wash all the bed sheets, the small carpet in the restroom, super dirty. The shower wasn’t cleaned very well and there was sand All over the place where u would walk and feel the sand on ur feet. Which made us very uncomfortable."

"Great location, you are right across from a great beach. I recommend going every morning to set up beach, our stuff was safe and never messed with, we have small kids so every morning to beach walk home for naps and back at it. If you don't mind crowds it's great but everywhere is crowded. I would take a day trip to Fort Pickens or henderson state park for more privacy if needed."

"Date of stay: February 1 to March 4, 2022. Unit 305 This small three story walk up (no elevator) complex is ideally situated across the street from the beach with safe access to the beach. The pictures for this unit are exactly how the unit looks so no surprises. The unit is located on the 3rd floor so if mobility is an issue seek a unit on the ground floor. The furnishing are typical of a rental condo, basic but usable. The king bed has a foam mattress which is very comfortable but since the bedroom is on the small side it makes getting in the closet a challenge. The couch is not very comfortable but then I have yet to sit on a hide a bed couch which is comfortable. Other reviews point to foggy glass door and window but both door and window glass has been replaced providing a clear view of the beach from inside or from the large balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. One of the plus this complex has not available in other complexes in the area is the pool is heated making a swim possible when the temperature is on the cool side. Some walls could use a paint job resulting in assigning it a 4 star instead of 5."

"We rented from an owner instead of from a travel site and saved quite a bit considering we were there 4th of July week. The condo was older but well kept and clean. Ocean view but across the street (like most places in Destin) and had a small pool. We loved the location and had a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be going back."
