"Terrible company to work with. If you are going to Primary in NAS Whiting try to especially avoid all EXIT Realty companies. They take advantage of SNA and will do everything and anything to excessively charge you when it comes time to end your lease. Me and my roommate took pictures and noted many discrepancies within the house prior to moving in with the understanding that because those discrepancies were already noted we would not be held responsible for them, we were lied to. After spending two whole days cleaning the house and leaving it in Alpha inspection conditions we were charged $225 dollars for cleaning costs on top of a $300 carpet cleaning bill. All these services very conveniently added up to the exact security deposit. As a fellow SNA you've been warned."
