"The apartment is precious to me and my family. I just love this apartment. My kids also like it very much. My apartment is nearest to the playground and swimming pool, my kids can play there. In the summer we can swim there. 24/7 maintenance is available which is very important. There is a laundry room for all tenants. The behavior of the manager and official people are really very nice. I recommend to others to live here. Thank you Colony House"

"Colony House is a wonderful apartment complex. Starting with the leasing office the managers are wonderful. Krissy and Vonte did a wonderful job getting me on board. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fluent from the very first call. I was able to get schedule for a tour, which I really enjoyed. You don’t feel left out and lost. All your questions gets answered and the sign up is real easy. They have such an affordable deposit and in this time around they have a special deal, where if you sign up same day on a tour you get refunded back the deposit and it goes towards the rent. That was a sweet convincing deal. The environment is clean, beautiful and spacious. Parking is easy and the pool looks refreshing. Thanks Krissy and Vonte for all your help, getting me into my new apartment, the drinks and snack were refreshing."

"I just renewed my lease due to the amazing staff and the best experiences i’ve had while living here. You will love Kristy who works in the office. She brings a warm and caring attitude to the property and is super helpful to all the tenants. We’ve had our ac go out on us in the middle of the night and maintenance was there first thing in the morning. Any problems we’ve had were solved in no time. If I recommend someone who was looking for a place it would be here!!"
