"Good place to live. Especially if you are military they cater to those people more."

"Rent is priced reasonable for the area. However they bait and switch on the website by showing fully remodeled homes and we were not able to view before moving in due to Covid. (The website has since been updated, but does not show the complete state of the dated homes) Once we seen the place its very dated. I have been here two and half years and have yet to see the pool open. We have a convenience store in the neighborhood, they provide all lawn care, water and trash are included. Overall not a bad deal while trying to get established to buy a home in Florida."

"We had a good experience until the end. Covid-19 caused maintenance to become back logged and we turned our head for some orders that we put in multiple times over the course of 7 months. We liked our house, neighborhood, community amenities, and proximity to base. We became disappointed upon move out due to some surprise fees and costs that bit us in the butt."

"No, I'm not a resident anymore. At the moment I feel like a disowned step-child. All I've asked is for someone to contact me regarding the deposit owed to me by Whiting Pines, Balfour Community. All I'm receiving is silence, crickets. No communication at all from anyone. Perhaps if I were able, I could charge a late fee, as your company does when payments are behind. It would be fitting, I think. This is deplorable customer service. All the way around!"

"Don't move in here flight students or anyone! Yes the no deposit is nice but trust me when I say they will get you on the back end when moving out! Some of the people in the office will be extremely rude! They will seem nice at first but they will nickel and dime you when they know you have moved in and signed the contract. JUST DON'T DO IT! IT'S CHEAPER AND NICER ELSE WHERE! SAVE SOME BAH! The problems we and our neighbors have had are not worth it."
