"My husband and I have been living here for the past 6 months and have loved every bit of our time here. Prior to moving in, we had constant communication and full transparency, as well as flexibility from the AMAZING April. We were in a rush to move in as I was 6 months pregnant at the time and didn’t want to wait a second later. We moved into one of the new partially renovated apartments ( ask about their tiers. It’s a wonderful option that makes it accessible to many income brackets) and everything was near perfect. My only complaint is the stairs leading to our upstairs apartment but we knew that prior to moving in! The amenities are always clean and well kept from the pool to the laundry room, gym, & more! We also love how quick and reliable the maintenance team is. Also, since moving in, we have constant communication from the office about everything, which is a FIRST for somewhere we’ve lived. April also goes above and beyond and out of her way to ensure the comfortability and happiness of residents. She’s personally checked in on residents, and even offered her assistance to me as a new stay at home mother. Her kindness is unmatched and is what will be keeping us here at Collins Mill Creek! Please don’t ever lose her!"

"Current resident 2020 to current, I've been looking to move to central Florida because I don't love the panhandle and I realize now reviews matter when you are looking for a place to live. Apartments are clean and safe I've never seen a bug or roach and I consider myself lucky to live here. Proud to bring friends from work here, they are impressed. 2 bedroom 2 bath, nice balcony, clean, good neighbors, really good neighbors, all good people never had a problem. Never had a problem that warranted a call but Chris the mainteneance man is always around if you did and he will fix it. No complaints at all. 5+ stars easy"

"Great Apartment Complex! Was station in Milton for 9 months and lived here. Couldn't have been happier. Liz is amazing and Chris is the best groundskeeper you'll ever meet. Never had an issue last more than 24 hours. The staff responded quickly to everything. Would reccomend to anyone!"

"I lived here for a full year and honestly, it's one of the best apartments I've lived in. The whole complex is really well cared for, the manager and maintenance folks are amazing, you get a lot of bang-for-your-buck apartment wise, any sort of maintenance requests are taken care of ASAP, and they are *really* accommodating to military folks. Honestly I could go on, but it's safe to say that this place is really, really good. There are a few minor negatives that I will list, just in-case any are deal breakers for future renters, but I need to emphasize that these are very minor and didn't bother me much: apartments don't come with microwaves, the appliances are older, and you have to make all your payments by check/cash (no online portal). Again though, I really do think there's no better place to live in Milton. The only way I'd rent somewhere else is if you needed to be closer to Pensacola downtown, and even then I'd consider the commute. Easily 5/5 stars."

"Lived here for almost 6 months now and it's been one of the best apartment experiences I've ever gone through. For perspective, I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years and this place has been one of the best. Liz is the complex manager and is very personable and easy to get along with. She even did a walk down of the apartment with me on my move in day to go over the condition of the apartment and give information about the place and tell me some of the details (I've never had a complex manager do this for me). The apartments are pretty quiet and have pretty strict adherence to sound rules which I enjoyed greatly, and the maintenance people keep the grounds looking good year round too. Only real negative is the parking which has lots of spots on steep angles (side to side) and makes it uncomfortable to get in and out of a higher vehicle. I wouldn't call it a deal breaker though; chances are you can find a flat spot if it's that big of a deal. The units themselves are about average. Living room and master bedrooms are pretty large with small bathrooms, but if you're looking for a luxury apartment, I don't know why you're looking in Milton anyway. Bottom line: If I had the chance to rent here again in the future I would definitely do it."
