"We moved to Palmilla from South Florida 5 months ago and have loved every minute of it. The location got us through the door, but the stunning architecture, interior layouts, amenities, and many trees around the property won our hearts. The management staff is very friendly, accommodating, and always willing to answer our many questions. Especially Gabriel, who helped our moving process be extremely smooth. He's the best!! The maintenance team is not only as warm and friendly, but also working on the property 25/8. We are really satisfied with our time at Palmilla, and very in love with our home."

He is so kind and does fabulous work, and is so quick! Moving here on my own, he’s been there for every paint touch up, door fixing, and always offering to help if I’ve needed anything. I seriously don’t know what I’d do without his help! Jared, the property manager is also a top tier guy. He made the moving process so easy, and was there to answer my dozens of questions. "I moved into Palmilla about a month ago and I LOVE my apartment!! Jared in the office is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond for residents. Although there have been some delays, the opening is just around the corner. My apartment offers a beautiful view of the bay and plenty of natural sunlight from the balcony. "As someone who swore to never live in an apartment again after building my home, I’m so glad to be living here at Palmilla. I moved back to the coast last year and found a job working with the City of Pensacola. For the last year, I’ve been driving back and forth from where I lived in Mobile, AL. I knew if I was going to sell my home and move into an apartment, it would have to be comforting, included amenities that I could use and enjoy, and be decently located within the city. Palmilla checked all of those boxes. Despite still being under construction, the team at Palmilla had made the move seamless and easy. Even when the elevators weren’t finished due to construction delays, the property hired a moving company to assist residents moving in so we didn’t have to move our things ourselves up and down the stairs. Above and beyond! Jared, the Property Manager, has been exceptional and more than accommodating. As a veteran, I’m used to moving around and living in different apartments. Jared is by far the most accommodating and understanding Property Manager I’ve dealt with. I’m excited to live here and cannot wait to see the rest of the property come together. Located just a minute or two from the heart of Downtown, Palmilla really does offer convenience, yet also tranquility when on property. Highly recommend!"
