"We lived here for a little over a year while building a house and this was an amazing place to live. We have two small children and two dogs and they were very accommodating to our whole family. The staff here were all amazing. They were so kind and always helpful. I would highly recommend living here. There was always something fun going on In the club house for holidays and our little community of neighbors were always a joy to be around. I really can’t say enough positive things about Toro Ridge!!!"

"Five stars are not enough to show how happy we are to live at Toro Ridge. Especially in regards to the Leasing Manager Jodie, her assistant manager Eliza and helpful maintenance manager Lee. Originally we were interested in Toro Ridge because it is beautiful, clean, friendly and peaceful, but that is not why we ultimately chose to live here. The staff made us feel at home, even though we are from the other side of the ocean! Jodie , Eliza and Lee have always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you move here, it is the place for old and young. We love living here. The apartments are spacious, clean and keep cool in the summer heat. It is a very nice quiet little complex that is conveniently located right off 181. It is clean, safe and well maintained. It has a nice pool area and is very close to a big shopping complex. We would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live."

"We have lived at Toro Ridge for almost 4 years now, and can truly call it our home. A tight knit community overseen by managers who care about each resident. The maintenance staff is top notch and see to any issues in a timely manner. The grounds are impeccably maintained. I would highly recommend Toro Ridge to anyone seeking a friendly, fun and caring neighborhood."

"The apartments are very nice. The pool is a little overcrowded in the summer. The previous office manager, Jennie S., was awesome. She was fun, caring and so personable; however, she left. Penny and Eliza are not so nice. In my opinion, they hurt Toro Ridge’s reputation with their rude and abrupt personalities. Customer service is definitely lacking now that Jennie is gone."
