"Terrible customer service is rubbish... the girl doesn't know anything about hospitality or working with clients, for check-in from 9 am they tell you 20 minutes later, 40 minutes later at noon and finally at 4 pm... the security is another rubbish, they will break into your cars and they will enter your room and rob you... precisely in front of me 4 cases of theft from clients... ZERO stars... BETTER CLOSE THIS CHEAP MOTELITE GARBAGE"

"Did not stay due to the filthy accomodations. Rented on Expedia, non refundable. Units were dirty, buggy and below fire code standards. Both the motel and I Expedia refused a refund even though we refused to stay in either of the two rooms they offered. They don't care, because they take government vouchers. Nothing Zen about the place. Sleep in your car."

"Have it a one but should be a ZERO!!! Said our room was clean when we checked in. It was not. But and dirt all over at unit. Dog hair on pillows. Which was mild to me that happens. And we have a dog so I over Looked that until I noticed the pillow cases did not get swapped out. The were dirty and had slobber marks on them. So now for fun I pulled back the sheets and the top sheet was nice and taught… so they made the bed but underneath there were body marks in the sheets where someone has slept in this bed. That is insane. This room is covered in dust from the knees down and two of the light fixtures done work and ther is1/4 inch gap under front door.. and to top it off it had everything to make coffee but no coffee pot. Don’t stay in this hole. I talked to the office and said they would come clean the room and still no one showing up been waiting two hours. When people checked in they handed them sheets and said they would need to change their own sheets if they wanted to check in . Isn’t that a health code violation???"

"I can’t even rate this place. It was the worse place I have ever stayed at. First of all it was not mark with a sign and there is only one drive to enter into the parking lot. The check in was not organized. They had no idea what was going on. When we got to our room and opened the door, it smelled like someone spent days in it smoking (a smoke free room). I went to check the bathroom and someone had dedicated in the toilet and it was never flushed. The sink had someone else’s hair in it. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned. Don’t even think about this place. It should be shut down by the state!"
