Papa Johns Pizza

"I ordered pizza for delivery on the phone. Originally I wanted to have a large, but she offered extra large for an additional three dollars. I upgraded it, and this is what I got. This is their definition of an extra large pizza. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I’m not sure I will order from them again if this is how they treat their clients."

"We ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas, when we arrived the entire staff was messing around inside the store and then came outside the front door to smoke. They were smoking weed and cigarettes in front of the door!!! We waited almost 10 min before someone asked if we were picking up or placing an order. After we got our pizza and got home our pizza’s crust was about half a slice was stuffed crust and half pizza topping leaving no room for the actual pizza toppings. We called the store and they were just straight up rude and disrespectful. Manager was rude. This is upsetting when we go everyweek to get pizza from them and now they have a new manager things are very different. More like of a hang out spot than a food place."

"ordered delivery. not only was the food cold, they got my order wrong. paid for extra pepperoni and garlic parm crust, not on the pizza. called to get a refund because they also forgot my drink, the only thing they offered was to come back tomorrow for “quality guarantee”,told me to contact doordash if i wanted a refund because they picked up the order, even though i ordered through the app. contacted doordash, obviously they can’t do anything because it’s not their fault. then i called customer service, she told me that she can’t process a refund, that i would have to call the store."

"This is the last time I have ordered from them. Ice cold pizza, order was missing extra items that I paid for, tomato and spinach pizza had no tomato, driver did not follow the no contact delivery instructions at all. This is now the fourth time and that is not acceptable. No contact means NO contact. I asked him through the door to leave but he stood there and would not leave. Customer 'service' does not exist, they won't pick up the phone and there is no way to contact them. I will not order here again and I do not recommend them."

"Ordered delivery large works and got what I shared in the pic. No sausage no bacon no onions and minimal pepperoni and mushrooms. I got a refund but no offer to replace my pizza and I offered to bring the pizza to the store and pick up a new pie. Everytime I order from this location my pie is wrong. Its ridiculous and doesn't matter cause no reads or addresses these reviews anyway."
