"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the delivery service on a Friday evening. Despite specifically requesting contactless delivery, Robert, the delivery person disregarded my request and knocked on my door, waiting for a response. After handing me the food, I thanked him politely and was about to close the door when he surprised me by giving me a receipt and a pen. He mentioned that the delivery fee did not include the tip, as if I wasn't already aware of that fact. After that, he DEMANDED a tip and even reacted with a snarky face when I declined. First and foremost, who is he to demand and coerce me into giving a tip? Tipping is entirely at the discretion of the customer, and I can choose to add a tip later on the app if I desire. Last time I checked, people tend to tip when they receive exceptional service, which was clearly not the case here. It was a display of remarkably poor behavior. I couldn't help but wonder if his conduct was influenced by my previous call regarding the incorrect sauce cup, which had been mishandled twice in previous delivery orders. This entire experience was utterly absurd. It is completely unacceptable that they disregarded my request for contactless delivery and demanded a tip. Inconsiderate staff."

"I ordered a no contact delivery. I heard a knock on my door as I was getting out of the shower. When I made it to the door, there was no pizza. I checked my email and it said it was delivered. I called the store and was told that the driver knocked on my door and called me. I never got a phone call and as I said before- it was a no contact delivery. It should have been left at my door. Instead, the driver left with my order when I did not answer the door immediately. When I called the store, she hung up on me before I even got the chance to say anything."

"PAPADIAS... was burnt and return to Papa Johns and they wouldn't remake the two papadias. Shame on you Papa Johns employees at Bruce B Down, Tampa location. You should be fired for the service of preparation of the food."

"Pizza came out fresh and hot as I ordered it. I ordered through the online app and it went to a different Papa John's out by University instead of the one here in New Tampa. They help remedy the issue called the other store and have it transferred over for me no issues whatsoever thanks so much. To not have this issue in the future I would put photos of the store that the order is going to on the online app."
