"I would go somewhere else. As a small business owner I had to initiate and coordinate a time to go over quarterly payroll taxes versus wanting their guidance and expertise. As a new small business owner (at the time) I did not know details about payroll and timelines to avoid penalty that was not shared during our visits. Going further, taxes they processed for me were audited and needed to be amended for flaws or wrong inputs. I did not feel like they valued my business and supported my business growth through smart tax practices. I gave 2 stars not based on service quality but on kindness and basic respectful interactions during appointments."
