"I felt compelled to write this review because I was absolutely astounded by the lack of professionalism by Adam. During the pandemic, as a small business, we reached out for help navigating the insanity of the PPP and other things in order to stay afloat. Initially, he seemed very helpful, but over time we began to realize his advice wasn't the end all be all, and found other people to help us. He became, quite literally, angry that we sought help else were, and in the end charged us $400 and never finished or completed all the services we were charged for. We felt taken advantage of as a struggling small business during the most difficult time we'd faced to date, and I truly was in shock that he became so angry when we simply were making decisions to stay afloat. Essentially, the catalyst for his anger, was that in order to receive a large grant we needed to complete our taxes within *one calendar week*. We approached Adam first and explained the time crunch, he responded that he didn't have time. We completely understood, but we were on a time crunch, so we had to go to another CPA. It was never personal nor in an effort to "cut him out". We were simply not in a place to turn down a large grant in order to wait for Adam's schedule to become available. As someone who spoke of wanting to help us so often, I was surprised to see Adam lashed out at us when we hired another CPA because he wanted the payment for doing our taxes, instead of being happy we were finding ways to stay afloat. So, he although he charged us $400 he never finished what he told us he'd do in what felt like "retaliation" for us doing our taxes with another CPA. I truly hope that no one else has this same experience, and I hope this was just a situation of him feeling overwhelmed like the rest of us during this trying time. It was definitely shocking to experience."

"Professional, knowledgable and prompt! What more could you ask for. Adam was incredible to work with. His communication is impeccable. We were maybe a little later in the game getting our tax docs together, but Adam was so efficient and so on top of everything anyways. He was able to get our returns (personal and out of state business S Corp return) done in 2-3 weeks of receiving all required information. Maybe not the cheapest accounting service out there, but ya get what ya pay for. I won’t go anywhere else for my accounting needs."
