"My situation is a very unique one. I am in Florida for the winter and was very wary about returning to New England - due to COVID and the many restrictions - for a necessary procedure with my Invisalign treatment. I had no luck with 6 local orthodontists taking me on as a "special patient" for this procedure. My orthodontist in Rhode Island intervened and reached out professionally to see if there would be someone who would extend a PROFESSIONAL COURTESY and help me out. Dr. Maryann Kriger offered her services when no one else would. From the first phone call from her office weeks ago to my visit with Dr. Kriger yesterday, I was impressed with the sterling professionalism, the comfortable atmosphere and the earnest care for my well being exhibited from the office staff, the technicians and the AMAZING Dr. Maryann Kriger. Because she is not my "regular" orthodontist, Dr. Kriger and her staff had to duplicate records, take xrays, conduct a consult BEFORE the actual procedure took place. I was in her office for nearly two (2) hours and at every point, her well trained, patient staff told me what was going to take place, how long I might have to wait, and explained every step of the preliminary work BEFORE I got to see Dr. Kriger. Once I met Dr. Kriger - so generous of heart and professionalism - I felt I had "hit the lottery". Although I traveled over 90 minutes to and from her office for the visit, it was well worth my time, and I would not hesitate to do it again! It is evident that Dr. Maryann Kriger's staff is a reflection of HERSELF: caring, gentle, personable, and highly trained professionals. This is the place to go for orthodontic needs, without question, if you are looking for "A+" treatment. Deepest thanks and admiration, Dr. Maryann Kriger and her staff at the Bonita Springs office!!
