"All of the staff at Melanie Pugh DMD PAs office is always so sweet! All of the Doctors and hygienist have always been so gentle when it comes to their work. I’m someone that doesn’t do well with dentist appointments. It really makes me anxious and nervous so I really appreciate them. I recently had an old filling (that they did not put in) come out and it got lodged between two of my back teeth. Dr. Tracy Couillard was extremely gentle in working to get it out. Was able to remove and refill it pain free. Thank you Tracy and the rest of the staff at Melanie Pugh office ! :)"

"I have been a patient of Dr, Pugh’s for almost twenty years. Her office staff is personable and friendly. The office is state of the art with all of the most updated dental equipment. I recently had my regular exam and Ara was my dental hygienist. She was very thorough and followed up on an issue I was having. Dr. Pugh was not available, but Dr Couillard stepped in to explain what was happening and relayed the results to Dr Pugh. I received a call the next day to schedule a follow up with Dr. Pugh. All of the professional staff in the office has the utmost dedication to their patients."

"Very friendly office staff. Myself and our 4 kids were able to book new patient appointments within a week or 2 of calling. Very pleased with the level of care we received and the cleanliness of the office. They do offer more than just cleanings and fillings, and provide ALL the information you need if you are interested in something extra, but aren't pushy about selling it, which is very refreshing. Insurance is not accepted at the office. All bills are paid up front out of pocket, but the office staff does submit your payment to your insurance for reimbursement for you. I'm waiting on the insurance reimbursement now, but I don't foresee any issues with that process. We saw Dr. Eisberg when we were there. She was very nice and explained all our dental exams and options. I am glad they have multiple dentists in the office to make scheduling and immediate care easier. We're very happy with our new dentist and recommend the office to anyone in the area."
