"I was referred to Dr. McEntire by dentist Konstantine Lagos and my experience was nothing short of amazing. As an adult and first-time braces patient, I was unsure what to expect with the process but Dr. McEntire and staff were informative, honest, and efficient from start to finish. I opted for Lightforce braces and Dr. McEntire estimated 12-14 months of treatment. I got my braces off after 13 months of treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They have multiple locations which is helpful for scheduling based on what part of town you’ll be at on a given day. I can’t recommend them enough. "My whole experience including result was miserable. I was treated rudely and often left in tears. Dr. McEntire threw tantrums, yelling and storming away when I asked questions about my treatment. I never got clear answers to my actual questions, only a lot of words. I found myself just trying to avoid conflict to survive each appointment because I'd signed a contract and paid a lot of money and didn't know what else to do. I thought maybe it would all be worth it when it was over but my bite is uncomfortable, I can't eat as well as I could before, I bite my cheeks outrageously more often than before, and I spray spit when I speak. I never sprayed when speaking before. I don't even like looking at myself when I brush my teeth. A few staff members were nice, but not all, especially the one who was rude when I tried to talk about the problems I was having. I met Dr. Amley after it was over. He was kind enough to refit my retainer after prior staff had been rude about it. My retainers fit better but my whole mouth and the way it function feel wrong. None of that was addressed and it was unsettling to even go back there after some of the experiences i had with other staff."
