"I love this place! Our 4 month son was having some feeding issues due to a tongue and lip tie. After multiple different answers on whether it needed to be corrected or not, we finally went to Shiny Happy Smiles. They gave us a questionnaire to fill out to see what symptoms we were experiencing. On our consultation day Dr. Rebecca and staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. She determined the frenectomy was necessary if we wanted to continue our breastfeeding journey. She shared her own frenectomy story, showed us everything she was doing, why the procedure should be done, and didn’t pressure us at all. She seemed very knowledgeable. The procedure took not even 5 minutes and we were able to feed there right after for immediate comfort and support if necessary. Our baby basically slept through the entire process!"
