"I called on February 6th 2023. Initially spoke with Joe.I asked Joe questions about the 1099 nec. Also told him that I worked for five different 1099 companies. He kept on telling me I'm running around in circles asking him questions. Then he told me he was going to hang up the phone on me. And he did. I called again. There was another guy who picked up the phone. I tried to explain my situation and ask questions about the 1099 nec. He kept on telling me I need to come in.. I said why would I come in if I don't know what documents I need to bring. Then he started yelling over me telling me I need to bring the documents and I need to bring the documents in. I asked how do I know what documents to bring in? Then he told me he was going to hang up the phone on me as well. I think his name was Lazaro. He was extremely rude. Joe was as well. They didn't want to help me out. Joe kept on saying it was my responsibility to get the documents I needed. I told him I understood that. I was calling him for a reason. I'm calling him for his expertise. But Joe hung up the phone on me. When I spoke to, I think his name was Lazaro, Lazarus continued to talk over me. He didn't even let me explain what the question I had. He just wanted to get me in the office. Why would I even trust someone like that. Sounds sneaky. At least let me know that you can't answer questions for free. Don't go to this office. These guys are crooks. First call with Joe was done between 6:41 p.m. and 6:53 p.m. Second call with Lazarus was done between 7:01pm and 7:07 pm. These calls were done on 2/6/23. Hopefully a manager can talk to these two individuals. That way they can improve their customer service skills."

From the sec I walk in Maria the manager give a warming welcome , but I can't thank enough to "Elaine" my new tax agent, there are not enough words to describe how she went above and beyond!!! To help with the mess I had from other tax places , Elaine took her time to fix all the errors and mistakes that I had and explain each and every one of them.
