"Terrible. Went to fix fraud on my credit card. 3 bankers plus manager waited and waited . Manager finally came and said he and the other bankers had appts all day. Didn’t offer me any help. I left to drive 10 miles to another bank. Only one banker but they took me right in. Fixed my problem immediately. Truest palm beach is not customer friendly won’t go back"

"At the bank at 9am. Doors open late and no customer was served till after 9:16am. No explanation or comments by any bank employees regarding the 8 people standing in the lobby waiting. A terrible way to do business. Very disappointed on this branch and its lack of customer service."
