"This was our third time in this remarkably cozy and intimate hotel. We were greeted warmly, and the front desk attendant even went to the room to ensure it was ready for occupancy. The housekeepers were friendly. Peaceful environment and close to the beach without paying extravagant prices. The spanish-like architecture has always made it aluring and even nostalgic. Its been one of our first choice lodgings whenever we plan our trip to the area....and they are military friendly!!"

"Always my favorite hotel for a FLL trip. We rented nearly the entire motel for a family reunion and LOVED it! Great place for a family gathering, as we had our individual rooms, but then the courtyard to hang out together, eat, laugh, and socialize. Checking in next door was efficient for all of us. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The kids loved being able to use the pool, or other pools in the NBV resort system. The rooms are clean and comfortable, new furnishings, comfy beds. The suites are FABULOUS, especially for the more particular traveler; but as a family gave us lots of room to spread out into smaller groups to mingle. Always a 5-star in my book."

"I loved La Casa and all NBV resorts. I even became a regular to the hotels for about a month. Unfortunately, management isn't so great which led to having a falling out with NBV (they claim I smoked in the room - I didn't but whatever. Let them believe what they want) and I never received the refund I was supposed to get even tho I called multiple times about it. They cancelled my booking before I even was able to get into my room but still charged me full price for the whole stay & deposit. I attempted to get my $300+ back but I mostly received either no response or the front desk just handed me off to other staff who had no answer for me. Oh well, I chalked it up to bad luck and won't be returning but it was a very nice resort community when I stayed."

"We spent 4 nights in a one-bed suite with two children. The room was clean but poorly stocked. Although, when you contacted the staff they were quick to deliver whatever we needed7. The decore was a little odd or maybe just not our taste. The property as a whole was in okay condition. There was a pool but no hot tub at this location. Although, we could use any of the amenities at the other neighboring properties owned by this company. Would we stay at this property again, most likely?"
