"Used this billing co for a short time. Unfortunately, extremely difficult to actually speak with the owner when had questions or concerns. Most calls taken by other employees, messages taken, no return calls. I would be given numerous excuses as to why she was out of the office, such as picking up her kid, at the bank, went to run errands, or left for the day, and it was only like 3 in the afternoon. I am a smaller physician chiropractic office, not huge but felt we needed an outside billing co to free up time for more patient care. Again, while using this co for a short time, I felt our office did not seem important enough due to smaller amt of billing, that she even cared when we ceased services with this co. We didn't even get a phone call offering better service or to even ask why? What kind of co doesn't even act like they want your business. Please do not use this co for any medical billing, as they only deal with chiropractors, don't even do any normal medical billing. This co is very unprofessional and was apparently run out of a personal home, not an office."
