Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Absolutely the worst bank I have ever banked with. They will place a hold on your deposit even if it's verified to be a good deposit. Don't not put your money in this bank. No drive through ATM either. Update 2/21/24 I went into the branche and was told the check did not clear and I need to call and have it voided and reissued. I called the issuer of the check and was sent a email of the check being cleared and they can't void it because it was cleared. Why are they still holding it? No reason at all. I would give them a corner of a star if I could and that's just for being open."

"One teller, a man at the door and 2 additional employees at their desk. Is it beneath them to get behind the counter and help the teller? The guy at the door and this lady at her desk are not actively helping any customers. Not on the phone or anything. Yes, they asked everyone if there is something they can help with however BofA seems to think the teller job is best done with the ATM. All 15 of us customers cannot use the ATM for what we need. TRAPPED! I'm trapped!!!"

"No drive up teller. ATM has been down for OVER a week. ONLY 1 TELLER INSIDE! We need more humans or ATMs so that we can do our banking! I always need to deposit cash. ( why I have this account)"

"Good luck trying to get anybody to answer the freaking phone. The freaking world has given up on customer service and they rely on freaking computers! If I use the real word that starts with f I'll get banned. LMFAO, the reply tells me to go to more computer-based places to get answers, hahaha"

"Every single person I've encountered who works here has been super kind and very accommodating. Sometimes the lines can be long but people are always friendly. I want to say a special thanks to Alex who went out of his way to squeeze me in between appointments when I didn't have one, in order to help me take care of something very urgent. He was very professional and even pushed back his lunch to help. I've never had better customer service or friendlier interactions at a bank. Thanks to everyone who works there!"
