"a very bad experience ... the staff of previous years was not there and the employees of this year their level of friendliness was very low !! They never said how much the preparation charge was!! They charged $417 for tax preparation, $54.95 for refund transfer and $50 for federal file fee…a total of $521.95!! I think the amount is exaggerated and abusive! 1/2 star"

I made the apt just a few hours earlier over the phone, to a very helpful and courteous member of staff.
