"I was seen earlier this month by Dr. Pozo. She was amazing. She did my filings & she was very nice & experienced. She allowed me to express the grievance I had from my prior visit which was a few weeks before. She listened & sympathized & reexamined my teeth & gave me a new treatment that I was truly satisfied with. She isn’t a dentist who is after the money. She’s honest & kind. Her assistant that worked with her as well was very good, professional, & kind. I’m really grateful that I saw her & she assisted me with my filings. Also I see an amazing hygienist who always does a great job with my cleanings. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, & professional. She takes her time & she is very friendly. I recommend this office."

"It was my first time going to this dental office. I was pleasantly surprised! Very efficient, friendly staff (thank you Jasmin). I went for a cleaning, Erasmos did an outstanding job! Maybe kne of the beat cleaning i’ve had in a long time. Also, i found the prices to be very affordable. Overall great experience, i will continue going there."

"They lack the ability to attend to patients' needs and instead adhere strictly to their policies without taking the time to listen. Despite making an appointment, I was unable to carry it out, resulting in wasted time and the inability to obtain the assistance I required (speaking with the administrator). This caused me to waste both time and money. If I made an appointment, why would they inform me that I couldn't attend when I am already there in person at the appointment time? Why would they schedule an appointment for me if they wouldn't allow me to follow through with it? Their primary concern seems to be financial gain, rather than addressing the needs of their patients. Additionally, I had to pay $25 to receive my own x-ray via email, which only required 30 seconds of work at the front desk. I am at a loss for words."
