"It was my first time getting a cleaning at Dr. Brady's and it will be my last! I came for a cleaning and although it had been some time since I got cleaned the dental hygienist on his staff made me feel uncomfortable and berated me as if I was a child about how to brush my teeth also advising this cleaning would take two days. I have never experienced such an awful experience if you no longer enjoy your job that is your issue but doesn't make it right for you to make patients feel embarrassed and belittle them I will never refer someone to this practice nor will I be back! She also advised " I need to get a cleaning every 3 months if I decide to come back to this place " I can assure you I won't be back. But why advise a new patient by saying "If you come back to this place " as if she had already decided for me that I wouldn't be back which she is right I won't she was very unprofessional and rude!"
