"Truly enjoyed my routine cleaning experience today. Big thank you to Cheryll for getting me on the schedule on such short notice. Shakira had such awesome energy and made the x-ray process a breeze. Renzo did an amazing job on my cleaning and gave me some great flossing/general maintenance tips. Look forward to my next appointment!"
"Dr. Rizvi Is an artist; she's the dentist other dentists see when they need dental services!! Her staff is super friendly, especially Ady (here in the pic with the porcelain-crown-making machine). The place is immaculate and everyone is very accommodating. She is my dentist for life!"
"1st the people and doctor are great. Unfortunately they tried billing me 2 different times for work already paid for. I ran out of insurance coverage at the end of 2023 and I had to pay out of pocket, they charged me about $250 for a cleaning because they added on things to the cleaning that I was not informed of, which they said was extra beyond the cleaning. I paid it, but I was upset with myself because I didn't ask how much upfront. I tried one more time to do business with them and went for a cleaning under insurance and this time they told me I would have to pay for other things beyond the cleaning. They said that the doctor recommended these other things. I said I only want what is covered by my insurance. Receptionist repeated her statement as if I had said nothing, so I thanked them and left without doing the cleaning. I have no intention of returning not because they don't do a good job. But because I don't trust that I am not going to be overcharged or up sold or not informed of additional costs."
"This office is the epitome of professionalism! I’ve dealt with countless Dentist office for more than 10 years and they’re #1! The energy from the staff is vibrant, positive, and kind! The head dentist clearly runs her office with a level of integrity and they embrace all of their clients with the same energy. One of their staff members Abby is absolutely amazing and warm. Everyone that walks by whether they’re directly dealing with you or not introduces themselves. Highly recommend."
"I feel this place is false advertising and also question how they get the bad reviews removed! Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. There is a lot of upselling of products and procedures to impress you. They explain they make special water that is used during your procedure and it all sounds wonderful. Then you get hit with “A Plan” that is thousands of dollars, they then show you what your insurance will cover. The cost of the procedures are overpriced so you have to come out of pocket even with great insurance. They charge for services not yet carried out and don’t get me started on the dental work. I was numbed and left in the chair for so long that during the procedure it started to wear off. I was then numbed again but so much so that half my face was numb for the entire day. The assistant who put in my temporary crown did a terrible job. It was like a 2 year old rolled some clay and stuck it in my mouth. The assistant did most of the work rather than the dentist. After having my temporary crown fitted I knew I had an infection of some sort and when I contacted the office they told me don’t worry just take ibuprofen. I ended up needing antibiotics from the doctor!!! The dentist then told me to book with the root canal specialist because she drilled close to the nerve. That would be an additional $150. To top it off I had an assistant who goes from room to room without changing her gloves. The hygienist did a gum check where they measure the space between your gums and teeth, which is standard procedure during a cleaning. However, it should never be excruciating because it’s being forced. I was then told I would need antibiotic pellets because the tool was able to go so far, which of course is an additional $$$. I declined because that tool was forced in my gums which caused bleeding. I have had that procedure done during many cleanings and it has never hurt. My whole experience was a complete nightmare and I would stay far far away."
