"Dr. Carballo is the best Dentist! Quality work, advanced skills & techniques, state of the art equipment & technology. Hilda is the best Dental Hygienist! The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They educate patients on good dental hygiene, oral health and explain treatment plans thoroughly. The office is modern, clean and follows cdc guidelines and covid safety protocols for our health & safety. Plenty of parking and conveniently located. I've been a patient for 4yrs and I highly recommend DHC!"

"If I could do zero stars I would and I didn't even get to experience the office setting. Sad to say but I had a bad experience with the receptionist Arleen at 8am when she decided to cancel my appointment due to staffing without my knowledge. She claims that leaving me a voicemail was suffice because she didn’t want me to come down to the office. But it’s funny how after my appointment was cancelled it became available on Zoc doc again so for one ma’am you didn’t do what you needed to do to avoid the problem AGAIN! Secondly, I must’ve been the only appointment cancelled today because when I called the office they transferred me to 2 different people then to get the rude lady Arleen. She proceeds to help me as she calls it reiterating that my appointment was cancelled. didn’t verify patient name nor did she really care. I didn’t tell them what time my appointment was and no one asked for my name at no point did I volunteer either. When I asked why my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge or speaking to me Arleen rudely reply’s when I asked why as if I didn’t have a right to ask. I really was upset because you didn’t ask my name it’s 8 am and you didn’t try a second time or even waited an hour before canceling. People are so used to getting business that the industry is not about people it’s about money. Why do you think I would want to be a part of your network when I’m getting mistreated over the phone??? That’s what’s wrong with people they see dollar signs and don’t realize that if your patients aren’t satisfied staff is the first thing they cut and Arleen I hope you realize being rude early in the morning can make you first in line."
