"First time visiting this office, how do you recommended the staff and the doctor were amazing to give you plenty of time to discuss things with you and very patient with you very friendly and fun to be around even though you get your teeth done"
"I have been a patient of Dr. Friedman's for about 6 years, possibly longer, and recently his office and he has gotten too busy to think about the patient. My last three visits have not been pleasant at all, and by the way I have PPO insurance and am paying a ton of money to get better care. First my hygienist quit! Red flag number one. Then I can never get an appointment in the afternoon, so I have to take off from work. When I had x-rays in July Dr. Friedman was too busy to meet with me to review them. Then for my next appointment I called the office to say that I may be 5-10 minutes late and I was told if I was not on time my appointment would be 'canceled' and I would need to pay a cancelation fee. This last time, I had an 'emergency' but it was only urgent to me because it took 2 WEEKS to get an appointment for him to look at me for less than 5 minutes and say I needed to come back because he did 'NOT HAVE TIME' to fix my problem! Now I am shopping for a new dentist!"
