"I have been going to whole dental now for one year. Every time I call and or come in I feel like family. I love the front desk staff, especially Lissette. She is always friendly and bubbly and takes care of everything for me. I was scheduled to get a cleaning far out and she was able to get me in when I came for an orthodontist appointment. "Whole Dental Design is a beautiful facility with a wonderful and professional staff. Dr Fundora did an amazing job on my Smile Design! She is a true artist. I get compliments on my beautiful teeth often. Her prices were much lower that the other dentists I received quotes from for veneers but her work is outstanding! I go here for all of my dental care and I highly recommend them!"
"These people charge Bal Harbour prices with Hialeah customer service. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. If they don’t get the shape right the first time, you have to wait 3 weeks for their laboratory to send the new veneers. We went through this 3 times and they permanently cemented 4 teeth one color and 6 teeth a darker color. Not the color that was requested at consultation. They also left one tooth (the k9 uncovered..and told me I would have to pay it if I wanted them to fix THEIR work..) They made me sign a contract BEFORE cementing and I immediately saw a difference in color which was voiced before. Dentist Fundora said that it was only because of the temporary glue but assured me all teeth would be the same at final cementation. I don’t care how much more I have to spend after paying them almost 10k for 10 teeth.. I will be getting my lawyer involved and I will be getting my money back."
