"Went to this dentist once last year, she is fine. This visit was not good. Her front office needs some help. After 5+ phone calls reminding me to schedule an appointment, 2 emails and a phone call confirming the appointment, they couldn’t figure out how to call me the day of the appointment to tell me the dentist won’t be there for the appointment. Seriously! Lost time and money to get to the appointment and all the front desk can say is “we have a problem”. No sorry or anything. They offered to reschedule that afternoon. Unacceptable, and no way to treat a customer. Follow up, after going to a different dentist, he found a couple issues that didn’t just happen in the last year. This dentist clearly missed some problems."
