"I recently was in dire need of dental work. I was refereed to Las Olas Family Dental by a friend. I was reluctant to go as over the years I have not had a very pleasant experience with dentist. My teeth therefore were in really bad shape. I was in a slight predicament where as I was being forced into having all of my teeth removed because of an upcoming medical procedure where my doctors were afraid that if they went ahead with the surgical procedure that I might get an infection in the area of surgery. Dr Sevel was so pleasant and professional when I went there that he put my mind at ease. He preformed the extractions in stages extracting my teeth over several weeks. I was amazed at the outcome. There was minimal pain after each procedure, barely any swelling and my mouth healed up just fine. His office manager Darren was also very pleasant and professional in my dealings with him. In fact the whole staff at Los Olas Family Dental were amazing throughout my dealings at the practice. Thank you Dr Sevel, Darren and all of the staff for you professionalism and making me feel relaxed and as comfortable as possible during this difficult time. I give the 1000 stars out of 5."

"Wow 10⭐️.. not being to a dentist in years I was panicked and my anxiety was super high. This team from the minute I walked in the door put me at ease! They were calm courteous and professional letting me know they were going to solve my dental needs. I trust this group will get me thru my many Years of neglect and on the road to smiling again. I certainly liked and trust Dr Alfonso and his staff!"

"My recent visit to this dental office was nothing short of infuriating. After being assured over the phone that my insurance would cover my cleaning because they were in-network, I was blindsided with a $50 charge. Once I was already in the chair, about to get my cleaning, the office manager, Leeann, decided to inform me that my insurance wouldn't cover some additional gum treatment (which supposedly was required with their cleanings). When I requested to proceed with just the regular cleaning, she unapologetically denied my request, effectively forcing me to pay for a service I believed was unnecessary. In response, I immediately contacted my insurance provider, only to be told that my cleaning should indeed be fully covered, with no additional charges for gum treatment. I asked my insurer to speak directly to Leeann to clarify the matter. Leeann agreed but claimed she was too busy with another patient and promised to call me back. She failed to follow through on that promise. This entire ordeal has left me angry, particularly because I initially held a positive view of the doctor and hygienist. Paying for a basic dental cleaning when it should have been covered has left me feeling scammed. It's beyond frustrating when a dental practice fails to uphold honesty and transparency, which should be fundamental principles in patient care."

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by LeeAnn the office manager and friendly staff. The office environment was very clean, extremely modern and inviting. Dr. Alonso was great and very gentle, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. The quality of care I received was truly top-notch. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better dental experience. Las Olas Family Dental exceeded my expectations in every way.
