"My fellow team worker told me for years what a wonderful dentist she had. I thought she was exaggerating. However when I was able to get a more preferred dental plan, I signed up to see Dr Bartlett and his staff. The reception staff is very warm and engaging. The waiting room has beautiful stone work and a fresh cup of coffee should you desire one. My hygienist was excellent. The results of the x-rays were clear and displayed on a big screen so you could actually see them. I do need work on one tooth and it requires a specialist. Today 3 weeks after my first visit I came and saw the specialist who did not charge me for that visit. There is no pressure for me to make any decisions, and I like that because I tend to make decisions too quickly at times. So at the time of my choosing I can pick the option I want to do and get it done. I think the entire staff go out of their way to make it a warm and engaging experience. I look forward to visits!"

"This was my first experience with Dream Smile Center and Dr. Bartlett and his staff and it was a wonderful experience. My dental cleaning was very thorough and Silwa was a pleasure to have as a hygienist. The very complete exam identified three cavities and it was easy to schedule the follow up work. I was nervous as Dr. Bartlett was a new dentist for me, but the additional work was a breeze and his assistant, Jennifer, made sure I was at ease and comfortable as we moved through the work. She understood my fear of pain and ensured the dentist understood the need for Novocain. Dr. Bartlett was so gentle with the needle that I had no issue whatsoever and the crown and fillings were pain-free. The front desk staff are also a pleasure to deal with in scheduling and insurance. I couldn’t be happier that I have found a dental practice as well organized, managed and welcoming as Dr. Bratlett’s practice at Dream Smile Center. Thank you!!"

"After being skeptical over dental work a previous dentist told me was needed, I was referred here by a friend for a second opinion. Glad I listened! Turns out I didn't need the work I was told by another dentist, so they gained my trust quickly. This is a comfortable office with friendly staff. Both dentists are excellent and I LOVE my hygienist. She's so patient with me (I'm a nervous patient). While it's a drive from where I live, it's worth it for an office I trust and a comfortable experience. I have referred others here, and all agree!"

"Dr. Castillo is very nice, knowledgeable, and does outstanding work. I had an implant tooth come off (installed by a Dentist up in Ohio last year) and because we are snowbirds and have no Dentist in this area a friend recommended this office. They got me in quickly. The office was easy to find, I was able to do the paperwork on my phone before I got there, and the office staff made me feel welcome even offering me something to drink while I waited. They took an xray with a newer piece of handheld equipment that doesn't expose you to radiation as much and you can view immediately on the TV screen on the wall. They took great care of me and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I now have a dentist here! Thank you for taking care of me!"
