"On **February 19th**, I had my **first cleaning appointment** at this office as a new patient. Unfortunately, I arrived about **12 minutes late**. The lady at the front desk informed me that she would check if I could still make the appointment. However, she also mentioned that they hadn't been able to confirm my insurance benefits because they couldn't access a website where all providers' coverage details are listed. I politely asked, "Why didn't you inform me last week? I could have contacted them and resolved it. I've had the same insurance for years, and it has never been an issue." I stepped out of the office and told them I would call back to reschedule once I checked my work calendar. As soon as I left the building, I called my insurance company and asked them to contact the dental office to resolve the issue. After waiting on hold for **10 minutes**, the insurance representative shared all the details of the conversation: 1. The insurance rep tried to provide them with all the benefits over the phone, but their response was, "We don't have time for that." Even after the same lady told me the insurance would not give them the benefits over the phone...what? 2. The insurance rep confirmed that they no longer use faxes. 3. The dental office told the insurance rep that I should look elsewhere and then hung up the phone. Hmmm..I am **stunned** by this level of service. The representative was completely confused and very apologetic, even though she had no fault or control over the situation. We all have bad days, but we can't treat any patient that way. I must say I am very disappointed—they seemed so nice on the phone, and I was really looking forward to having a new dental office that genuinely cares for patients' health."

Not just outstanding dental care, but amazing customer service too! The entire office is staffed with warm, welcoming, caring people who are always on top of everything and they’re fun too. I’m amazed that there are 3 locations now because a lot of practices that expand end up being stretched thin on resources and can be difficult to schedule with. Not so for Dr. Sierra and his team.
